By using the ProDrivers website and services, you agree to these Terms of Service.
Enrollment is subject to availability. Payment is due as specified at checkout. Refunds are handled according to our refund policy, which will be provided at the time of enrollment. Prices are subject to change; the price at the time of enrollment applies.
Students must hold a valid G1 license (or equivalent) for in-car lessons. Completion of the MTO-approved curriculum is required for certification. Students are responsible for attending scheduled lessons and completing required coursework.
Lesson cancellations and rescheduling are subject to our cancellation policy. Please provide reasonable notice when cancelling or rescheduling. Repeated no-shows may result in forfeiture of lessons.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ProDrivers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
